Ranks
One ledger runs the whole site. Verified runs, published maps, guides, wiki edits, and tournament results all pay into it, and your total sets your rank across 10 tiers of 5 divisions each.
Mastery is a separate track and pays no XP. Every Overwatch map has its own, counting the levels you hold a standing run on. Completions count as well as records, but a level counts once however many runs you hold on it, and seasonal variants count toward their base map.
Reaching a tier earns that map's emblem, shown on the Mastery tab of your profile. Six tiers per map, and the count only goes up while your run is standing.
